Guests say

Raphael's Cottage in Keswick is highly praised for its brilliant location, warm and welcoming atmosphere, and high-quality comforts. Guests appreciate the child-friendly amenities, cosy decor, and well-equipped kitchen. The lovely garden and thoughtful touches, including a bottle of prosecco, enhance the stay. While some minor suggestions for improvement are noted, the overall sentiment is extremely positive, with many guests planning return visits.

Guests consistently note the high standard of cleanliness throughout the cottage, with no negative comments on this aspect.

The cottage's proximity to the town centre and local amenities is frequently highlighted as a major advantage, contributing to its excellent location score.

Comfort is regularly mentioned, with guests finding the beds, sofas, and overall ambience of the cottage to be very comfortable.

Facilities are well-regarded, including a well-stocked kitchen and entertainment for rainy days. However, suggestions for additional keys and a closer parking permit indicate room for slight improvements.

The owners' thoughtfulness is evident in the provision of home comforts and extras like prosecco. While such gifts are warmly received, it is politely noted that they are not guaranteed for every stay.
