Travel up the spiral staircase and you will reach an upper seating area with table and chairs, sit outside and soak up the sunshine, basking in the peace and tranquillity of your beautiful surroundings, or simply relax in the hot tub. The vibrant lakeshore town of Bowness-on-Windermere has a host of colourful shops, cafe's and restaurants. Also a varied selection of outdoor activities such as sailing, hiking, quad biking and lake cruises. Windermere makes an ideal place for a day of sightseeing or a quiet afternoon stroll. This superb lodge is an ideal location for exploring this beautiful part of the Cumbria, at any time of the year.
White Cross Bay holiday park nestles on the shores of Lake Windermere, midway between Windermere and Ambleside. It offers a restaurant, pub, shop, entertainment room, amusement arcade, indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, gym, children's staffed activity centre, marina and outdoor play areas.
