Have an adventure in our quick pitch sky high camping roof tents. The tent is waterproof, midge free and comfortable

Before booking, please ensure you meet the following requirements, if you have any questions please get in touch first, otherwise we may have to ask you to cancel your booking.

+ To hire a rooftop tent you must have a set of roofbars installed on your vehicle, which can carry the weight of the rooftop tent + ladder (45kg) whilst in transit, often referred to as the Dynamic Load Weight. Please refer to your vehicles owner’s manual to determine this. We cannot fit a rooftop tent to roofbars that fit using a clamp directly onto the car bodywork - these are not suitable for carrying the static weight of the rooftop tent and its occupants.

+ You will need to book a campsite to stay on, this is a hire service only, you cannot stay at the collection site.

What is it?

The tent consists of one room, which is suitable as a day room or for sleeping for up to 2 adults and 1 or 2 children up to 10 years. Not recommended for children under the age of 2.

The tent does not have a bathroom, it is just a room to sit or sleep in.

Internal Dimensions: 120cm wide x 200cm long x 130cm max headroom.

Sleeping area on a memory foam mattress: 5cm thick x 120cm wide x 200cm long comes complete with protector and sheet.

Weight of rooftop tent: 39kg, a Ladder (6kg) is provided and is stored separately.

Things to Note:

If you do not own a set of roofbars, we are happy to hire you a pair. We use Thule roof bars and fittings for our hire stock. If you would like to hire roof bars you can check on the Thule website, that they provide a suitable roof bar solution for your vehicle. If you need further assistance in checking your vehicle requirements please get in touch providing us with the Make, Model/Variant, Year and Roof Type (Flush rails, Fixed Mounting points or Raised Rails) of your vehicle and we will be happy to assist you.
