A charming single-storey lodge, accessed via three steps, in a rural Lake District location. This lovely holiday home has an open plan living area with a gas stove, along with two bedrooms and a bathroom. Theres a number of places to visit in the area, including the towns of Windermere and Kendal, as well as Sizergh Castle and a number of excellent walking routes. Note: This property can be booked with Ref. 955619, together they sleep 8.
Kendal is an historic Lakeland town set on the banks of the River Kent and is known as the Southern Gateway to the Lakes. Its old cobbled lanes and byways branch off the attractive main street, and the stone ruins of 12th century Kendal Castle sit perched on a hill with views over the town.
