Set on the grounds of the picturesque Esthwaite Farm, Derwentwater is a quaint ground floor cottage that boasts stunning views. Relax in tranquillity in the surprisingly spacious living area and on fine days, take advantage of your private patio area to soak up the sun and admire your idyllic surroundings.

The village of Sawrey is situated two miles from Hawkshead down the eastern side of Esthwaite Water. Sawrey consists of two separate hamlets - Near Sawrey and Far Sawrey - both with a cluster of picturesque cottages, tea rooms and pubs.
