Juniper Cottage is a charming two-floor dwelling, located in the heart of Ambleside in the Lake District.
This beautiful, old-world cottage offers one-bedroom cosy accommodation with traditional rustic charm, for which the Lake District is famous. It is one of seven adorable stone-fronted cottages which were converted from Ecclerigg Place courtyard. It is the ideal setting for a couples romantic escape.
Upon entering Juniper Cottage, you will discover a generous open plan sitting room, kitchen and dining area. The newly refurbished kitchen has all the equipment you need to cook delicious meals to recharge your batteries after a day of exploring. There is an HD TV with Blu Ray DVD player in the living area and a selection of books to choose from. Upstairs you will find the spacious double bedroom, which is also newly refurbished and boasts a second LED HD TV, along with the bathroom. The bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath, WC and washbasin.
Outside there is an onsite parking space for one car and direct access to the town of Ambleside.
You have no shortage of facilities and entertainment right on your doorstep. Around every corner in Ambleside, you will find elegant shops, delightful pubs and exceptional restaurants. !! I removed the sheets when I was leaving to find a huge urine stain on the mattress cover which actually smelt and the owner would not accept any responsibility for this!!!! I was disgusted to think I had spent a week in this bed!!!!
