A wonderful location in the heart of the village, but secluded enough to be extremely relaxing. The facilities at the cottage were fantastic and I felt very sad to leave at the end of my stay.

In the heart of Hawkshead with a large window to watch the comings and goings in the square below. Apartment was warm and cosy. Next time will bring two small cases rather than one large heavy one to negotiate the outside steps more easily!
