Communication in advance of the stay was extremely helpful and very clear. The cottage was eactly as described and met all our expectations. Superbly located with easy, clear instructions about how everything worked and where everything was. A very pleasant stay.

Everything you could need was provided for an enjoyable, stress free stay - the only reason I gave 3/4 for comfort was the sofas are still difficult to get comfortable on (I know they are new), however I can live with this (the beds were great which is the main thing) and would choose Woolly End over any other property in Ambleside. The added bonus of warm sunny weather meant that we enjoyed a great holiday that nobody wanted to end. Many thanks!

Amazing location Only gave it a 9 out of 10 because of the parking which couldn’t be helped, few times roads around all full and had to use main Rydal car park (mainly weekend when we came back later) Would definitely stay again Clean and had everything Faultless property
