Entering the property, head upstairs to the second floor where you will find the large, bright and cheerful open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which opens onto a private balcony. The light and relaxing lounge is an ideal space to unwind with a good book or a movie. You can rustle up your favourite meals in the fully equipped kitchen and share them around the chic dining table. From the lounge, sliding doors open out onto the balcony which runs across the front of the property. Offering stunning views of the surrounding fells and towards Windermere, this is an ideal spot for a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The fresh and relaxing bedrooms are on the first floor: a spacious double and a pretty twin, along with a handy shower room. Below the property the large private garage offers plenty of space for parking two cars and storing bikes and sports equipment.
Bowness-on-Windermere is home to The World of Beatrix Potter, the Windermere Jetty Museum and a wide choice of pubs and restaurants. Other local attractions include Brockhole on Windermere, Queen Adelaide’s Hill and Holehird Gardens (all within 3 miles). You can take a trip across Windermere to Wray Castle, with Latterbarrow, Claife Heights and Tarn Hows all nearby (within 10.5 miles)
