Elterwater Apartment is a fantastic 4 Star Gold apartment superbly located in Bowness on Windermere. The location gives you an amazing base to explore all that the Lake District has to offer. Sleeping 4 people in 2 bedrooms, a ground floor double bedroom and lower ground super-king bedroom with ensuite shower room. The large lounge area is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, along with a real flame fire. A large modern kitchen with dining table complete this great property.

    Comfortable and well appointed. We had no guest information which may have just been an oversight. Would have appreciated dishcloth, foil, cling film etc in kitchen. However, after saying that, we had a lovely holiday and would stay again.

    Very spacious and warm comfortable property in a quiet area. Many nice period features, high ceilings and bay window. Well equipped modern style kitchen. Beds very comfortable. Good bathrooms. Very close to shops (Tesco express not far and a Booths at Windemere station). A few minutes walk to Pier side area. Good local bus service. Note the short distance from the bottom of Helm Rd. to the property entrance is very steep. Good parking area to front. Very satisfied with our stay (April 2024).
