The property is absolutely beautiful and location was perfect. We never suffered any of recent visitors complaints such as smelly drains ect. If there was anything to be a tad picky over would be the front balcony is in need of tlc .. Floor paving needs to be repaired as a lot of cracked pavers. The perimeter water channel needs a good clean out of weeds and re stoned. The walls need jet washing and painting. The top windows are covered in thick fly excrement and grime. Wall cappings are very loose at the rear of the outside. We respect it’s a rental and there is going to be some issues , if these were sorted out it’d be faultless. We’d definitely return to this property and hopefully next door will come up for rental also as it’s outstanding.

The name of the property is on the right hand pillar but not very visible when it is dark. The property is gated which was not on the description of how to find it, nor is there mention of the newer property that stands adjacent to it. Had we arrived in the day, this wouldn't have been an issue. The property itself is lovely, with beautiful views from the upstairs living area. It is well furnished, spacious and comfortable. There is limited shelf space in the kitchen to keep food items, so a larger family would have to make use of the utility area downstairs. The utility room has been the subject of negative reviews on account of the smell. It certainly smells pretty bad, but once the door is closed, this wasn't noticeable. The water pump by the front door and master bedroom is quite noisy but it goes off after a few minutes of the water being used. Outside the property is a pleasant garden and patios both front and back that are well furnished and great for when the sun shines. We liked it and would recommend it to others.
