The site was good too we loved how you could walk to the edge of lake Windermere from the site and there is a little picnic area and how dog friendly the site was - Penny was allowed in the bar and restaurant which made a nice change from the last park dean holiday we had
Alan
The only issue we had was the shower doors in the ensuite need adjusting as didn't close fully allowing floor to get wet (minor inconvenience only). Otherwise lodge had everything you could need and would definitely consider using again.
Joan
Had most equipment you needed in kitchen but only 2 glass wine glasses the rest were plastic which isnât ideal indoors to enjoy a nice glass of wine The accommodation was clean apart from the oven which was in need of a clean & the fridge was leaking water onto the food . We enjoyed our stay at Garuda & mentioned these negative things as they can very easily be put right & would have had no complaints about the property if they were .
