Really well equipped and had everything we needed. Some lovely little touches when we arrived, bottle of wine, sweets, teabags and coffee and milk in the fridge and some breakfast cereal.Even a box of chocolates in the main bedroom. Lodge was extremely comfortable and cosy. Only one tiny criticism was that the mattresses weren't very comfortable. We would definitely come back and actually wished we had booked for the week rather than the 4 days. A lovely break away âºï¸

The only constructive thing I would add is that I didnât realise until the day before departure that we could use the Choices Health Club. Not being familiar to the area, I thought this was the pool onsite. We did use it on the last day and it was lovely

Usually when travelling with our dog (Chewy) we are not given the best of accommodation? So we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and found our accommodation was of the highest standard.
