The house itself had everything you needed and the kitchen was well equipped. The garden was nice and small, enough space to have a bbq with the family, relax with one of them rare sunny days in the lakes. The parking isnât amazing and it really is difficult getting 2 cars up into the parking spaces provided which it states you are able to do, without damaging your car. If you are happy to leave your car there for a week, then use the amazing buses, which is right at the bottom of the road from the cottage, as you can get everywhere on them. Overall The Old House is a prefect location to get around and see all of the lakes.
