Reviewers unanimously mention the immaculate and beautifully clean condition of the property, indicating top marks for cleanliness.

The property is described as private and secluded, offering a peaceful setting. While it is situated in the owner's garden, guests felt it was well-positioned and screened off. The only minor drawback mentioned is the proximity to the owner's house, which does not seem to detract significantly from the overall experience.

Guests report a large comfy bed, lovely shower, and a cosy atmosphere, suggesting a high level of comfort. The presence of a hot tub also contributes to the comfort score.

The property is praised for being well-equipped with high-standard fittings, a proper kitchen, and adequate supplies for the wood-fired hot tub and chimney. The presence of a guidebook and walking guides also indicates good maintenance and facilities.

Many reviews mention thoughtful gestures such as a warm welcome, flapjacks, and chilled bubbles on arrival. While these gifts are appreciated, it is politely noted that such personal touches, though likely, are not guaranteed for every stay.

A beautiful shepherd's hut, perfectly hidden away with a wonderful view of the Norfolk countryside. This romantic little hut is a great place to escape and so carefully thought out; from the decking with its Japanese Ofuro wood-fired hot tub, chiminea and mini fish pond, to its Sonos smart speaker (with Alexa) and power shower.

This gorgeous hideaway is open all year round - and why wouldn't it be?! The inside of the hut has been designed with chillier winters in mind - there is underfloor heating, double glazing and insulation throughout. The bedroom area boasts a comfortable king-size bed with a pocket sprung mattress and built-in side tables. The kitchenette in the hut is fully equipped and has everything you could possibly need to cook up a storm after a day exploring. There is a combination microwave/oven, a two zone induction hob as well as a fabulous butler sink. If you like listening to the radio, or some music whilst cooking then you are in luck! The hut comes with an Sonos smart speaker (with Alexa) and there is also Wi-Fi. Warm up or refresh yourself after a long day with the walk-in power shower and a heated towel rail in the bathroom adding that extra luxury.

Outside, there are not many decking areas that compare to this! This large decked area faces out with views of the rolling farmland and countryside. It is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy a drink, with the chiminea to keep you toasty and sound of the miniature pond and water feature to soothe your worries away. If you would rather cook alfresco, there is an electric barbecue on the decking, and, for a small additional cost of only £80, you can sit back and unwind in the Japanese Ofuro wood-fired hot tub. There is no better way to spend an evening than relaxing in 40°C, listening to the owls and gazing at the stars.

Julie and Peter have provided a little gem of a place to stay in Norfolk. The Pheasant was well furnished and had everything you could need with lots of added attention to detail! Loved being in the hot tub and watching the wildlife, deer, Hares and loads of birds.Would definitely recommend and thanks for a lovely stay.
