Manor Farm is consistently praised for its top-class condition, beautiful location, and high standard of furnishings. Guests appreciate the property's tranquillity, proximity to local attractions, and thoughtful touches. It's described as a special place for family gatherings, offering modern comforts while retaining period character. Some minor issues with cooking utensils and mattress protectors are noted, but overall, the property is highly recommended for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Guests have described the property as 'immaculately clean', indicating a very high standard of cleanliness. The attention to detail in this aspect is frequently commended.

The property's location is celebrated for its tranquillity and convenience for exploring Norfolk's attractions, including The Broads, Norwich, and coastal towns. Its rural setting is particularly appreciated for walks and peaceful experiences.

The comfort of Manor Farm is well-regarded, with guests mentioning 'comfy beds and linen' and cosy fireplaces. However, some guests noted issues with plastic mattress protectors affecting sleep quality, slightly lowering the score.

Facilities are generally praised, especially the well-equipped kitchen and secure garden. However, there are comments about the lack of certain cooking utensils and the fiddliness of the job, suggesting room for improvement.

While many reviews mention thoughtful touches and extra comforts, there is no specific mention of gifts provided by the owners. Therefore, it is not possible to score this category accurately, and guests should not expect gifts as a guarantee.

Beautiful house that had everything we needed to have an amazing week. Loved how cosy and homely the house felt. Very spacious for the 7 of us. Great location for walks and pubs.

We had a fabulous week in this beautiful farmhouse. There were so many thoughtful touches that made our stay really comfortable. It’s such a peaceful setting with lovely views over the fields. The garden was secure enough for our Labrador to roam around freely and there were some lovely walks to take him on, straight from the front door. I can highly recommend staying here and would happily come back again.
