The Coach House is part of the Mermaid River Pools site and is attached to Warren House ref.1744 making it ideal if there is a large party wishing to holiday together, at the same time retaining your own separate space. However if it is just four of you The Coach House is fully self-contained and private and has its own courtyard garden complete with hot tub. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a lovely open plan area to cook, eat and relax in when you are not soaking in the hot tub, swimming in the pool or playing tennis. Shop/Pub: 2 miles

The Coach House is located within quiet woodland just two miles from the market town of Aylsham where you can find a good range of shopping facilities and bus links to Norwich and surrounding areas. Take a train ride, from Aylsham, along the Bure Valley Railway Line into neighbouring Wroxham where you can explore the Broads National Park on foot or by boat.  National Trust property Blickling Hall, steeped in history, with its vast lake and 950 acres of woodland and parkland is only 3 miles from Warren House. The coastal resort of Cromer with its famous pier and seaside shops is 14 miles to the north and travelling along the main coastal road in either direction takes you through pretty traditional Norfolk villages and diverse stunning scenery.
