Guests say

The property in Great Yarmouth offers a peaceful stay with its quiet location and proximity to the beach. Guests appreciate the well-equipped chalet and its cleanliness, though some maintenance issues are noted. The setting is enjoyed for its tranquillity and natural beauty, making it a potentially lovely getaway.

The chalet is generally described as clean and well-equipped. However, there are isolated complaints about a mouldy bath mat, stagnant water, and a fridge that could be cleaner, which slightly lowers the score.

The location is praised for its quietness and proximity to the beach, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and walks. The peaceful setting is a highlight for many guests.

Comfort receives mixed reviews. Some guests find the chalet comfortable and peaceful, while others mention issues with bed size, lack of fans, and privacy concerns due to the lack of curtains.

Facilities are adequate but several maintenance issues are reported, such as peeling wallpaper, a need for fans, and electrical problems. The presence of cooking utensils is noted, but the lack of space for food storage and no emergency contact details are drawbacks.

There is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the host in the reviews, so it is not possible to assess this category.

Nice to have the wifi. The fridge, as per last year, could have been a little cleaner inside. The shelf rungs were a bit dirty. Otherwise, all good.

It's ideal. Clean and has everything we need. Great location. Trying to see dates for next year but looks fully booked!

Perfect location for walking the dog, only 5 mins to back of the chalet park and 10 mins to beach. Wanted doors open so placed some trellis across to stop dog from wandering. Had everything we needed and nice and clean. Would visit again.
