Since its founding in 1892, The Royal West Norfolk Golf Club at Brancaster has established itself as the premier Norfolk links course, with thousands making an annual pilgrimage to test themselves against the old course. Against this compelling backdrop, the golf club have curated a two bedroom apartment, set within the clubhouse building, that offers an entirely unique opportunity for non-members to access this hallowed ground. With spectacular views over Brancaster Beach, it is impossible to find another stay quite like this.

Please be aware, all stays require the guests to abide by the Royal West Norfolk Golf Club Rules, a copy of which can be provided upon request. All stays are required to include the paying of a 'green fee' and the arrangement of a round of golf on one day during the stay. Please let us know your preferred dates at the time of booking, we will then liaise with the golf club to confirm these arrangements.

The Dormy Flat is tucked away on the first floor of the club, with its own private access, providing spectacular views across Brancaster beach. Against this backdrop, two bedrooms have been prepared with fine white linens and comfortable beds, one of which can be made as either a twin or a super-king sized double bed. Both are well-served by the modern shower room.

The sitting room and kitchen are located on the seaward side of the flat, giving uninterrupted views to the sea. Both have been set up to comfortably accommodate four adults, by way a full kitchen inventory and the comfortable sitting room with dining.

Outside, the flat includes off-road parking by the club house. Brancaster Stores and Post Office houses a brilliant deli and coffee shop, as well as stocking plenty of every day goods. Brancaster Village Hall hosts Bar 71 where good times, drinks, friends and fun are served. It is the social heart of Brancaster village offering a licenced, friendly bar with the cheapest drinks along the coast, and a calendar of monthly events including live music, discos, quiz nights, bingo, skittles and poker tournaments. There are also new tennis courts. Brancaster offers something for everyone!

The golf club is accessed via the Beach Road, which is liable to flooding during high tides.

At least one party member is required to have purchased a green fee for a round of either Singles or Foursomes per stay.

All bookings are subject to the acceptance of the golf club and to the inclusion of at least one green fee. The team will take your enquiry forward to the golf club to confirm the booking of the green fees, the charge for this will be applied to your final balance payment.
