The location is highly praised for its peacefulness, proximity to wildlife, and accessibility to local attractions. It serves as a great base for exploring Norfolk, contributing to a positive experience.
Comfort is a strong point, with guests finding the property warm, cosy, and well-equipped. However, a few guests mentioned the softness of the bed and seating, which suggests room for improvement.

We have stayed a couple of times previously and returned because it is so good! Nice and private with great views across the adjacent fields. Bed and furniture very comfortable, well fitted kitchen and shower room. Got visited by the local Peacock and his family most days! Central location with easy access to the coastal resorts.
