This lovely detached bungalow is situated in the small Norfolk village of Gayton, just seven miles from the historic town of King’s Lynn. Conveniently placed for exploring the North Norfolk coast, this bungalow provides excellent accommodation for couples and families alike. This spacious bungalow has a cosy sitting room with a dining area and an electric fire, the ideal space to enjoy a family meal which has been prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. There are also two well-appointed bedrooms, one with a delightful king-size bed and the other with a double. The enclosed rear garden is the perfect place for contemplating how you might spend the day, or to just relax with a glass of something cool in hand as the children and the dog play in safety. A few minutes' walk brings you to the village pub and shops, whilst the historic market town of King's Lynn, just a short drive away, offers excellent amenities with its wide range of shops, restaurants and pubs, set along the cobbled streets. Within easy reach are many attractions, including the Royal Sandringham Estate, just six miles away, Castle Acre and the local manor houses including Houghton hall and Holkham Hall. Cyclists will love Norfolk Coast Cycleway, or perhaps spend a day beside the sea at the popular coastal resort of Hunstanton, or one of the many other Norfolk coastal towns including Wells-next-the-Sea or Holkham. Nature lovers will also delight in the extensive wildlife on offer in Norfolk, particularly the RSPB reserves to be found near the coast. This centrally-located bungalow is a lovely base for exploring all that Norfolk has to offer.

The small Norfolk village of Gayton is surrounded by charming, open countryside, and yet is within easy reach of the coast, offering two shops, a fish and chip shop, a pub, and a prominent historic windmill.

    It has the benefit of a bus route to King Lynn and Fakenham just around the corner. There are many walks and footpaths from the village.

    Signal was quite often lost on the TV meaning on occasions we were unable to watch certain channels

    We loved Newby a lovely bungalow to stop at and the village of Gayton too we used the butchers and the pub really nice , the area has so much to see and do, we will definitely be back
