Facilities are generally well-regarded, with special mentions of the well-equipped kitchen, multiple TVs, and garden cabin. However, a missing broom and a full recycling bin on arrival suggest minor maintenance oversights.

Very comfortable and lovely garden
Mr Rigby
Very comfortable and well equipped cottage. Lovely big safe garden and we loved the conservatory.
Mrs Glynn
Had a lovely stay at broadway bungalow. The property was very well equipped and very comfortable. The welcome pack was the best we have had with lots of lovely treats. The bungalow though on a residential street was very quiet and the neighbours were welcoming too. The garden was lovely and nice sitting outside, in the conservatory or summer house enjoying the garden. Heacham is well served by a good bus service and places are easily accessible by car too. As well as lots of walks. There is also a small Tesco, post office and bakery in the village as well as Norfolk lavander in walking distance (their lavender Victoria sponge is lovely). We would definitely recommend and return.
