Enter the property via a welcoming entrance hall that leads to superb dual aspect combined sitting/ dining room. Offering ample comfortable seating appointed around a grand ornamental fireplace. Characteristically Victorian high ceilings give a spacious feeling to this cosy room, making it the ideal place to nestle in and watch a film on the Smart television. Seating for six guests to gather around the stylish dining table, with the option to open up the french doors to the courtyard garden, inviting the outside in. The modern well-equipped kitchen/ breakfast room provides integrated electric hob, combination electric oven, a further integrated oven, plus other useful appliances. With plenty of work top space available, this is the ideal set up for any enthusiastic chefs to rustle up a delicious meal made using the delectable local produce that the area is famed for. A charming rustic farmhouse table with seating for six guests takes centre stage. A convenient utility room and WC are also located on this floor. The courtyard and rear garden can be access from the kitchen. Upstairs, three beautifully curated bedrooms are available, each decorated with a muted colour palette to invite a good night's sleep.
Overlooking the front of the property, the master bedroom hosts a sumptuous double bed and is served by an en-suite shower room. Boasting a delightful feature fireplace, bedroom two offers twin beds, as does bedroom three. These bedrooms are served by a large family bathroom with his and her wash basins, heated towel rack, a magnificent stand alone oval shaped bath, and a walk-in shower. Outside, the rear good-sized garden catches the sun and makes a good space for supervised children or dogs to play. Beyond the garden there is an off-road parking space plus a double garage with remote control entry. For those who prefer two wheels to two legs, bicycles and motorcycles can be securely stored here.
Heacham is a pretty coastal village with excellent local amenities. Beach lovers will enjoy Heacham’s wide, sandy beach and rolling dunes, ideal for blustery winter beach walks, wild swimming. In the summer months, sandcastles and paddling in the sea beckons. For keen bird watchers, wildlife is abundant in the area with the rspb sites of Titchwell and Snettisham Marsh within easy reach. Heacham has many footpaths to discover, and a great beach side promenade that stretches all the way to the iconic carrstone cliffs of neighbouring Hunstanton. Look out for popular Bordoli's pizza truck that visits the village on a Wednesday evening, and be sure to sample the gooiest of treats from Breakfast and Brownies on the high street. There is also a great antiques shop and cafe to be found next to the Tesco Express. For a larger supermarket, Lidl is located on on the road to Snettisham, and there is a big Tescos in Hunstanton, which also has EV chargers in the car park and a fuel station.
