Showcasing panoramic views of the Norfolk countryside and within easy reach of the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this is a fantastic setting for a group of four looking to make the most of Norfolk. After parking in the generous off-road spaces for three cars, make your way into this wonderful home-from-home with its preserved, exposed beams and brickwork dotted throughout. Make yourself at home in the open-plan living space and relax on the leather sofas in front of the TV and warm electric fire, whilst taking in those amazing views from the large, panelled windows. For a more private chill-out spot, make your way up the quirky stairs to a snug that contains seating and looks out over the open-plan room below. When you're feeling peckish, continue to the well-presented kitchen and rustle up a tasty meal with its abundant appliances, including a fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The Barn itself is a dream presented inside and out to the highest standard, located within a private Hamlet of Barns/Cottages and nicely secluded with private parking and a fabulous view of the Winter sunrise through the two floor to ceiling lounge windows Two large comfy sofas, some say low but we found them ok, generously equipped kitchen although we donât cook, underfloor heat pump heating which was brilliant on the cold Winter days, King size bed which is extremely comfortable Great secured large garden area ideal for our two dogs Generous welcome pack even including treats for the dogs and nice fresh flowers as well, the best weâve had! On arrival it seems a little remote but it took no doing to get familiar with the surrounding area, ideally situated for all areas of Norfolk and even North Suffolk if you want venture further Would heartily recommend and book again it was a real pleasure

Yet another wonderful stay in little barn, this is our go to place in north norfolk When you enter the property it gives you a warm cozy feeling,, especially under your feet with the underfloor heating, everything is spotlessly clean, the kitchen is well equipped, and the bed is very comfortable, the views from the sofa in the sitting room are wonderful We were left a lovely welcome pack, even a treat for our dog Josh We will be back next year
