The thoughtful touches, such as a welcome gift during Christmas, add to the delightful experience, although such gestures are not guaranteed.

Reviewers unanimously describe the property as clean, with no negative comments on cleanliness, indicating impeccable standards.

The property's location is highly regarded, being a short walk to the seafront and close to the town centre, though no specific details on the surrounding area's amenities are provided.

Comfort is a highlight, with guests finding the house extremely comfortable, mentioning luxurious beds and beautifully furnished spaces.

Facilities are well-received, especially the well-equipped kitchen. A suggestion for additional mugs and a preference for different seating arrangements indicate minor room for improvement.

Great house for a family together with plenty of space and comfort. The kitchen is so spacious and well equipped. Everything has been thought of. As ever, Norfolk was beautiful with many wonderful hikes, sea swimming in the (chilly/breezy) North Sea. All fabulous. We recommend Fakenham's Langham Glass. Really good on the process, i.e. the opportunity to blow glass.

Lovely house for family get-together at the seaside. Grandparents, siblings and cousins had a fabulous time and we were blessed with good weather. The beaches at Old Hunstanton and Holme, and crabbing at Burnham Overy Staithe were highlights for the children, along with the funfair. Would return again - happily. Thanks!
