Brand new in 2023, our luxurious, self-contained Shepherd Huts ((available on another listing!) are nestled on our beautiful wildflower meadow, overlooking our carp fishing lake, (now open!), next to our fabulous Bell Tents, with our herd of cattle and pygmy goats in the field to the other side! Our Shepherd huts are fully equipped with Howdens kitchens, full size overhead rain showers, central heating and double glazing with room for 2 adults and 2 children (or 4 adults, if you don't mind sharing a room!), a private seating area with firepit BBQ outside. Our Bell Tents comfortably sleep 4 people with bags of room to spare, complete with a log burner for those chilly Norfolk nights and have their very own campers kitchen, seating area and firepit/BBQ outside. The only shared facilities (aside from the field to play in) is our bespoke built flushing toilet and shower block. Our wildflower meadow makes a gorgeous wildlife walk and our fishing lake is stocked with the most beautiful carp, up to 30+ lbs. Please ask for details regarding fishing.

The Golding family have been local farmers for generations and Chris took over the family business in 2012, supplying the most sumptuous beef to Sargeants butchers in Stow Bridge. Chris has been an avid fisherman since childhood and, finally, has the chance to realise his dream of owning his own carp fishing lake which he is excited to share with other anglers. We realise how lucky we are to live in such idyllic surroundings and are so happy to be able to share our little slice of the countryside with you.

Located on the Norfolk, Cambridgeshire border, Approx 45 minutes from Sandringham and the Norfolk coast, 1 hour from historic Cambridge and situated within 30 mins from the market towns of Wisbech, Downham Market and Kings Lynn. The Local Village is 1.5 miles away and boasts a fantastic restaurant and bar at the Crown Lodge Hotel, a great old school village pub (The Crown) 2 takeaway Kebab shops, 2 Fish and Chip shops, 4 convenience stores and a mini supermarket. There are many walking and cycling routes in the area, an archery range, a swimming pool, a bowling alley and several well equipped parks in the surrounding villages.
