Beautifully decorated house in a pleasant and welcoming village. Very warm, and plenty of hot water. Huge and comfortable beds. Lovely sunny garden, good for dogs. Off road parking. The village has a very nice pub with good food and friendly staff. Lovely large village green with space and equipment for children. Home grown veg and lovely cakes sold outside local homes, with friendly people happy to chat. Excellent situation for visiting the surrounding area: not too far from the sea and fabulous beaches, or Sandringham and Holkham Hall. Pleasant and quiet walks through the countryside for the dogs, including from the village. The only negative was the internet: which affected the TV. But no great loss. And a new frying pan was needed!

We had a very comfortable stay at Egret. Girls holiday, along with our dogs. House was well-equipped and clean, also had a fantastic enclosed garden which was a godsend. Great location within easy travel to Holkham, and various places. Definitely would look to stay here again.

We had a wonderful week. The cottage is lovely, and the enclosed garden was perfect for our dogs. We know the area very well.
