The contemporary frontage of Plumtrees is immediately impressive, with this thoughtful design and attention to detail continuing throughout the interiors. The light and bright kitchen features a sloping roof allowing light to flood into the space, which is complemented by a sky blue colour scheme and open rustic shelving, plus plenty of worktop space. The kitchen is well-equipped to cater for serving delicious breakfasts or evenings spent dining in. A wonderful design feature of Plumtrees is that the nominated cook can converse with those gathered at the dining table, or on the sit up stools in front of the breakfast bar. From the dining table, enjoy garden views through the french doors, as food and conversation are shared. In the adjacent quadruple-aspect sitting room a cosy open fire adds additional warmth and spreads ambient light during chillier months. After a long day spent exploring, nestle into the comfortable sofas and relax as you watch a film. For quieter moments, the triple-aspect family room features full height windows framing views of the garden, saltmarshes and sea beyond. With a variety of books to delve into, as well as a selection of games, there is plenty to keep you busy. Timber clad walls and flooring give a beachy feel to this wonderful space. Upstairs, on the first floor, two inviting bedrooms are presented. Featuring a floor to ceiling arch window with Juliet balcony, the triple aspect master bedroom benefits from ample natural light and boasts stunning views of the saltmarshes, sea and the countryside that reaches all the way to Titchwell Nature Reserve and Brancaster Golf Club. Hosting a king-size bed, this room is served by a modern en-suite shower room with walk-in shower. Bedroom three offers a double bed, with both rooms sharing in the quintessential countryside views.
Outside, the rear garden is predominantly enclosed, featuring a large terrace that is ideal for sunny afternoons, and leads all the way down to the village pond. A haven for wildlife, especially nesting moorhens and ducks, this is a perfect place to sit under the fruit trees to share in a well-earned sundowner! Muddy or sandy feet and paws can be rinsed off using the outside tap. To the front of the property is a small all-year-round sun terrace with bistro table and chairs. Nature and wildlife lovers will love this beautiful detached hideaway. There is ample parking at Plumtrees, with off-road parking for up to four cars. Bikes and paddleboards can also be stored to the rear of the property.
