Perfect for large groups, you’ll find plenty of space to socialise, as well as the on-site entertainment. At the heart of the home is the characterful living room with its grand feature fireplace boasting a roaring wood burner. Here, you can sink into one of the three sumptuous sofas to share stories with one another, or kick back with a good book and enjoy the natural sunlight. The kitchen area is modern with a monochrome style, whilst the dining room next door has a feeling of home with an array of seating for ten guests. The first of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor featuring twin beds, alongside a shower room for convenience. Upstairs, the first floor features four bedrooms in total, two twins and two doubles. One twin and one double also benefit from en-suites for added privacy whilst the family bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms. Outside, the enclosed garden is a mixture of lawn and patio areas with plenty of seating so that you can soak up sunny weather.
This is a wonderful base for exploring Norfolk's lovely countryside and breathtaking coastline with an array of blissful beaches within easy access including those at Hunstanton (5 miles), Heacham (7 miles) and Wells-next-the-Sea (13 miles). For a regal day out, why not head to the Royal Estate at Sandringham (13 miles)? Located within the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Beauty with thoughtfully manicured gardens, an expansive deer park and, of course, the grand country to explore, there’s plenty to appease those of all ages.
