Accommodating up to 4 guests (with use of a sofa bed), the property also includes access to the on-site outdoor swimming pool making it a fantastic destination for those looking to both relax and explore the stunning coast and countryside on offer.

Guests can also enjoy the shared gardens including a firepit where you can sit back and relax well into the evening as well as an outdoor sitting area with table and chairs in the courtyard.

A spacious ground floor apartment comprising of 1 bedroom with king size bed, separate kitchenette, sitting room and 2 bathrooms. It’s the ideal spot for families or couples looking to holiday in Norfolk.

The sitting room offers plenty of space to relax and includes comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV as well as a dining table with seating for 4 guests. This room also includes a sofa bed which is suitable for 2 guests and available at an additonal charge of £50.

The separate kitchenette is well equipped and includes a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, and portable double hob.

Featuring a large bedroom with king size bed, dressing table and a flat screen TV, this room also benefits from an ensuite bathroom with shower and W/C. A second large bathroom with shower and W/C is located off the sitting room.

The apartment is set within 2 acres of land with shared gardens, a large enclosed dog exercise area and an outdoor solar heated swimming pool! Seating, sun loungers and parasols are provided. The outdoor swimming pool is open from 6th May to the 1st October.
