This stylishly modern semi-detached Victorian period cottage is situated in a beautifully quiet street, yet is in the heart of bustling Cromer, a traditional seaside resort on the North Norfolk coast. Just a few minutes walk from its Blue Flag sandy beach and array of independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, The Coach House is a charming hideaway, ideal for a small group of friends or couples.
Open-plan living at its best, a well-equipped kitchen/dining room opens up into a light and airy sitting room with bi-fold doors overlooking the small, sunny courtyard with salsa chairs and a coffee table. On the first floor are two bedrooms; one with a super-king size bed and en-suite shower room, and the other with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with a bath and shower over. Storage for bicycles, paddleboards, and surf boards is available behind a locked gate.
The Coach House's superb location, only a short walk from the many amenities of Cromer and the picturesque North Norfolk Coast, makes this the ideal cottage year round. Taking in a show at the Pavilion Theatre, walking the Coastal Path, a spot of surfing - Cromer is fast becoming Norfolk's surfing hot spot! - golfing, or spending the day on a stunning, sandy beach, plus fabulous eateries the whole way along the coast, you'll be spoilt for choice at The Coach House!

Very enjoyable stay in Cromer. Great location. The Coach House is very well appointed and comfortable. Had everything we needed. The pier show is great fun. Thanks for everything.

First visit to this lovely house - couldn't have wanted for more! Now 80, but been visiting Cromer since my 3 girls were babies (caravans). So Cromer holds many happy memories over the years and continues to give a perfect holiday. Have left two beach chairs for future holiday makers use.
