A cosy and very comfortable cottage. Nice and warm in winter. Well equipped. The living room and main bedroom are a good size for a town centre cottage. Lots of wardrobe and drawer space. A very secure courtyard for our dog and a good sized well fenced front garden. Holt itself was as delightful as ever.

Really comfortable cottage in a great location close to the shops and supermarket. The stairs are steep but my 88 year old mum managed them. The only thing I would say is the the bedroom, stairs and bathroom are stepped in between as is the downstairs toilet from the kitchen so if you have elderly with you it may be a consideration. Otherwise the cottage is cosy and convenient.
