Although I understand that both the agency and the owners knew that the washing machine was broken before we arrived,we were not told about this in advance.On reporting it on the second day of our stay we found that the replac ement part would not be fixed until the penultimate day of our stay. Shabby and unprofessional behaviour.

A very nice and well equipped holiday home. Spacious and comfortable for our multi generational family. We were lucky with the weather and the property is well located for exploring the area. We will certainly return to north Norfolk which is delightful
