We received a lovely welcome upon arrival from our hosts who were very keen to say that they would be available if we needed them. This property is immaculately clean and comfortable with good access to North Norfolk and further afield by either car, bus or train. In our opinion you would be hard pushed to find better hosts or accommodation .

Jane and David gave us a warm welcome and saw us off as well. The accommodation was excellent, very comfortable with everything you could want. The garden and conservatory were a bonus. The welcome pack was very thoughtful with eggs from the resident hens! All in all a lovely place to stay.

As we put in the Visitor Book, we thought the welcome was excellent and so friendly. Everything excellent for us including location to N Walsham station as we were able to take train to visit without having to drive!
