Visitors can enjoy easy access to the sea front, popular shops and quaint places for a bite to eat, yet, this apartment is positioned a short distance from the hustle and bustle of the main high-street in those busy summer months.

Ground floor: Front door leading into small hallway, with doors to: Lounge: with sofa and arm chair, chair, dining table and four chairs, TV, Free-Sat and DVD/Blu-ray player. Kitchen: with electric cooker, fridge and freezer, breakfast bar with two chairs and microwave. Double bedroom: with double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside tables. Twin bedroom: with two single beds, bedside table and hanging space. Family Bathroom: with shower over bath, WC and wash basin.

Please note: Outside: small paved area. Please bring own bed linen and towels. WiFi. Allocated parking space. Location: beach 240 metres, pubs and shops a 5-minute stroll. Please note: No children under the age of 12 years.

    “Two minutes WALK to the beach/promenade and five minutes WALK to the town, we used the car once in the week to go to the brilliant Rocky Bottoms. We have now booked for our third stay next year so they are obviously doing something right! We stayed in October and the heating system was very good. Private parking is such a bonus. Suggested improvements: electric shower is a bit weak, more power points, and a bit more privacy on the windows (mirror foil?). We'll be back!”

    “Very pleased with the location with easy access to the sea and shops. Spacious property with good facilities, and good TV reception. Could do with providing bed linen, and set of drawers for 2nd bedroom but we enjoyed our stay and would go again. We needed a walking aid for my husband and couldn't praise the hire shop enough for their help and advice. ”
