Guests say

Guests consistently praise the cottage for its comfort, cleanliness, and excellent location. The property is described as welcoming, well-decorated, and equipped with a cosy wood burner and underfloor heating. The private garden and proximity to beaches and local attractions add to the charm. The thoughtful touches by the owners, including gifts, have been appreciated, enhancing the overall experience.

Reviewers frequently mention the property being spotlessly clean, indicating a high level of cleanliness that contributes to the welcoming atmosphere of the cottage.

The cottage's location is highly praised for its convenience to bus stops, beaches, and local pubs, as well as for being a great base for exploring the Norfolk coastline and enjoying peaceful walks.

Comfort is a recurring theme, with guests highlighting the comfy sofas, lovely bedding, and the overall tranquillity of the cottage, making it a perfect place to unwind.

The property is well-regarded for its well-equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and additional amenities like the annexe room for storage. The wood burner and underfloor heating are mentioned as bonuses.

The owners' thoughtfulness is evident through the provision of gifts, which have been well-received by guests. While these gifts are greatly appreciated, it's important to note that such personal touches, although delightful, are not guaranteed with every stay.

This property was a real home from home. Really high quality furnishings and equipment in the whole house and the bed was really comfortable. Lots of information left in a folder on the local area and we had a lovely stay. Welcome gift on arrival was a lovely thought from the owners.

A very warm and comfortable cottage to return to after a day out in the cold. The beds were comfortable, as were the sofas and the kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The annexe room in the garden was perfect for storing our bikes and a useful space to enable us to mend a puncture on one of the bikes! It’s a lovely quiet and flat area to explore on bikes. We would be happy to return, especially with the convenience of the bus stop at the end of the road- using the coast hopper bus is an excellent and stress free way of exploring and it’s very cheap too.
