Undoubtedly the impressive open plan dual aspect kitchen/dining/living room that overlooks and opens out into the rear garden is the star of the show. Just take a seat and soak up the open view across meadows and fields as far as the eye can see; it is simply sublime! The well-equipped kitchen has granite topped units offering ample workspace and storage, complimented by a central island with breakfast bar. Just beyond the kitchen is a spacious dining area and a stunning vaulted living area.To the other side of the central hallway, where there is a cloakroom and utility, is a sitting room with cosier proportions and a more intimate feel. Outside, to the front of the house is a gravelled parking area which will easily fit up to three cars. Another lovely property from Norfolk Hideaways. Great house, all you need, lovely and spacious with lovely views. Easy access to areas we love to visit when in Norfolk. As has already been said, great meal at The Carpenters Arms next door, where you can enjoy an alcoholic drink without driving. Hope to come back again soon. Many thanks.

Beautiful house, lovely location, easy to get to destinations. Has everything you need and lots of space. Decorated nicely. Showers very powerful. Beds lovely and big/comfy. Lovely watching all wildlife, bats, cows on next field, hundreds of birds would bed up in the trees at 7pm. Pub is right next door didn’t seem to bother us, was a little noisy one night but closes at 9.30pm so not too bad. House does get little dusty but to be expected in the location. Would return!
