The location is praised for its convenience to local attractions and the countryside. Some guests mention thoughtful touches like a welcome tray, though these are not guaranteed for every stay.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Most guests find the cottage to be very clean and well-presented, with only a few isolated comments about cleanliness issues. The positive remarks suggest a high standard of cleanliness overall.

The location is generally appreciated for its quietness, proximity to the coast, countryside, and local amenities. Some guests found it a bit hard to locate, and one noted the lack of footpaths for dog walking.

Guests often describe the cottage as comfortable, cosy, and ideal for couples, with a particularly comfortable bed. However, a few guests mentioned issues with heating control and dampness.

While the reviews mention well-equipped kitchens and comfortable beds, there are mixed comments about maintenance issues such as lighting and shower operation. Due to the lack of consistent detail across reviews, a precise score cannot be provided.

Several guests mention thoughtful gestures such as a welcome tray and flowers, which contribute to a pleasant stay. However, as these gifts are not referenced in all reviews, they may not be a consistent offering.

You cannot get any hot water in the basin it is hardly a triccle It takes several minutes to try and get the temperature in the shower so you can use it its either burning hot or freezing cold We always take slippers to wear so as not to dirty the floors but they came home with us filthy the kitchen floor was so dirty and sticky it was unbelievable We would not recommend this properly

Although we didn’t do any cooking whilst we were there and chose to eat out it was obviously well equipped for those who wanted to self cater. A very well presented and clean apartment it was perfect for us. This part of Norfolk is has nice beaches and scenery and is great for walking . The weather was good for the majority of the week so all good.
