Shorthorn Barn is highly praised for its beautiful conversion, spaciousness, and peaceful surroundings. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms with en-suites, and the enclosed garden. The property's remote location offers tranquillity, though some guests suggest minor improvements for an even better stay.
Most guests found the barn to be spotlessly clean and comfortable. However, a few mentioned areas that could have been cleaner, such as under the sofas and kitchen appliances. These seem to be isolated incidents rather than a common trend.
The barn's remote location is appreciated for its quiet and peaceful environment, with proximity to Norwich and beaches. Some guests found it a bit too remote, lacking nearby amenities and activities, which slightly affected the score.
Guests consistently report that the barn is comfortable, with spacious bedrooms and a large communal area. The presence of en-suite bathrooms and comfortable outdoor seating adds to the overall comfort. Suggestions for more comfortable sofas and additional outdoor shade were noted.
The property is well-equipped for large groups, with a good kitchen and outdoor BBQ. Guests enjoyed the garden and the games provided. Some feedback mentioned the need for additional kitchen utensils and better outdoor seating, which indicates room for improvement.
While many reviews express gratitude towards the owners for their helpfulness and friendliness, there is no mention of gifts being provided. Therefore, it cannot be determined if thoughtfulness in the form of gifts is a consistent practice at this property.

Three generations and we all had a great time. Beautiful cosy home. Our granddaughters loved it, especially the garden, and the animals. Would definitely recommend and will probably visit again.
