Guests say

Ted's Place is highly praised for its cleanliness, homely feel, and well-equipped facilities. The cottage's location in Aylsham is appreciated for its proximity to local shops and attractions, with a beautiful garden often mentioned. Guests find the property comfortable, though some note the lounge can be dark. The owner's responsiveness and occasional welcome gifts add to the positive experience, although parking can be challenging.

Guests consistently commend the property for its high standard of cleanliness, with several reviews highlighting immaculate conditions and effective management of COVID-19 sanitation.

The property's location is well-regarded due to its short walk to the town centre and easy access to local attractions. However, parking difficulties slightly affect the score.

The majority of guests find the cottage comfortable and welcoming, with quality bedding and a homely atmosphere. A few guests mention the lounge being dark and one found the sofa uncomfortable, which slightly impacts the score.

Facilities are frequently described as excellent, with a well-equipped kitchen and high-quality appliances. Maintenance appears to be good, though no specific mention of any issues or repairs is made.

While guests express appreciation for the welcome gifts and the owner's attentiveness, there is not enough information to guarantee such gifts for future guests, and thus the score is set to null.

Neighbours not so friendly. Very nosey, peeping over garden fence within minutes of us arriving. Very rude and abrupt to my lovely elderly Dad as he was coming through the gate ‘reminding’ him to shut said gate, no need. It was a bonus when couple of days into are holiday the neighbours actually went on holiday themselves, hurrah! If I had to see them looking directly into are living room and kitchen window one more time with there sour expressions I would have had to ‘have words’ Neighbours the other side were lovely.

The cottage is cozy and comfortable with everything you need including children’s toys to the delight of my grandson. We found it central to all the places we wanted to visit and when back at the house the cottage garden was a lovely place to sit and relax from the day. The owners left us a welcome pack which was very kind and we definitely will book here again.
