  • Nigel

Bedding, mattresses and pillows with disgusting stains, bed with woodworm and dust, hair and cobwebs on the frame and floor. Curtains from the seventies. Lights not working, no lids for saucepans, freezing cold and damp on arrival and a hostess that wouldn’t leave us alone on arrival for 15 mins. Large black tent right outside bedroom window? Also position misrepresented on Sykes website, which makes it appear like it’s right on the Broads waterway when it’s actually on a very busy main road that’s pretty dangerous if you have a dog, with no direct acess to the waterfront

Good location.excellent welcome pack Let down by cleanliness.not dog safe due to busy road and not offered use of garden by owners but directed to field 400 yards away. Not acceptable as road pitch black at night.small courtyard not adequate
