We spent many hours watching the ships pass by and walking up the coast as well as exploring the Headland itself. We also used the regular bus to get into town and the train to visit Newcastle. Durham was a short drive and well worth a day trip. The house itself has everything you could need, including a well equipped kitchen and reliable WiFi. Thoroughly recommend.

Great location right next to the Beach. Plenty of walks locally and close enough to the town centre, local attractions etc to be perfect. Some great takeaways online deliver also!
