About this property

Situated on the first floor of a former hotel, Taylors offers excellent views of the grounds and the surrounding area. Sleeps 4 but can accomodate larger groups of 8 when booked with the Penthouse.

A fabulous first floor apartment in an excellent location. Taylors is one of just five apartments within this elegant country house. Accommodation is stylish and well equipped with two large bedrooms and an elegant living space. The large open plan interior is beautifully furnished with comfortable sofas, a relaxing room with tall shuttered windows which let the light flood in.

This awesome holiday home is just a 10 minute walk from the beach and with some great walking trails on the doorstep there’s plenty to explore. Head to Beadnell Bay - the long stretch of sand is perfect for a bucket and spade holiday. This is the Heritage coast, well known for excellent sailing, fishing and wind surfing, an excellent area for walking with many coastal walks taking in views of dramatic cliff top ruins including Dunstanburgh Castle.

Beds: 1 x super king bed, 1 x double bed, 1 x single bed.

Ground floor:

Open plan lounge, kitchen, diner: original marble fireplace, windows with original shutters, handmade kitchen, integral fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, range cooker with double oven, microwave, wooden table and 6 chairs. 2 comfy sofas, large coffee table, TV, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books.

Master bedroom: super king bed, can be a double or twin.

Bedroom 2: double and single bed - enabling double or twin occupancy

Family bathroom: underfloor heating, separate huge bath and shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Entertainment: WiFi, Freeview TV's in lounge and bedrooms, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books.

For families: Cot and a highchair can be provided (please note, we do not supply a mattress or bed linen for the cot)

Outside: communal gardens.

Parking: 2 designated car parking spaces within the grounds.

General: Wi-fi. Bedding (duvets per bed & 2 pillows per person). Bed linen, towels (hand & bath sheet per person, plus bathroom hand towel). Underfloor heating in the bathroom, Welcome pack: tea, coffee, sugar, milk.

Pets: 2 well behaved dogs welcome @ £25.00 per dog per week or part thereof. Your pet should not be left in the property unattended (unless crated) and should not be allowed in the bedroom or on furniture. Dog duvet, plastic dog bed, dog crate available for hire.
