Guests say

The Old Exchange in Corbridge is highly praised for its central location, comfort, and well-equipped facilities. Guests appreciate the proximity to local amenities, the helpfulness of the owner, and the property's suitability as a base for exploring Northumberland. While most reviews are positive, a few mention the need for a deep clean and minor maintenance.

Most guests found the property to be clean and cosy. However, one review mentioned the need for a deep clean and tidying of the garden area, which slightly lowers the overall cleanliness score.

The location is consistently lauded for its centrality and convenience, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and transport links. It serves as an excellent base for exploring the area.

Guests find the property comfortable, with several positive comments about the beds and living spaces. One review mentioned the beds being softer than preferred, but this is noted as a personal preference.

The property is well-equipped, with a particular emphasis on the kitchen and en-suite bathrooms. Some minor maintenance issues and suggestions for garden upkeep have been noted.

While the reviews reflect a helpful and informative owner, there is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness in the context of this category. Therefore, a score cannot be provided.

Comfy beds, great showers and although there were only three of us would comfortably have hosted a party of six. Parking space valuable as this is a busy little town. Everything you could want for a stay in this lovely little town. Great shops and restaurants.

Facilities are really good. It is in the town and has all amenities close by within walking distance. Owner is very friendly and knowledgable about the area. Apartment has everything you need to eat at home.

The Old Exchange is well equipped, very clean and extremely comfortable. Plenty of information on hand for amazing days out, scenic walks, or historic places to visit, so much to see and do, a week was just not long enough. The owner of the property was on hand for any issues (which are unlikely, we had none). I would highly recommend this property
