West Thirston 2.2 miles. Perched on the edge of the Bockenfield Country Holiday Park in Northumberland with countryside views a a bubbling hot tub is this single-storey lodge, Dreams & Streams. Perfect for a small family or group of friends, the lodge is ideally positioned within easy reach of both coast and country. When you arrive, off-road parking greets you before making your way into the open-plan living space; here, you can whip up a delicious meal with the gas oven and hob to feast on while you plan a day of adventures. From here, make your way to the sofa and relax and unwind in front of the electric fire while the Smart TV provides your entertainment for the evening. Catch your rest in one of two bedrooms, a king-size with an en-suite shower room, and a twin with small singles, ideal for children or friends sharing. You will also find an additional shower room. Head outside to enjoy a morning coffee out on the veranda, or savour a glass of wine while gazing out over the countryside. A private patio area with a hot tub and furniture provides an impeccable spot to relax. Dreams & Streams is a fabulous base for a relaxing break with loved ones. Set in rural Northumberland, between Morpeth and Alnwick, West Thirston is a delightful village. One mile from Alnwick's famous Garden featuring Europe's largest cascading water feature, an enormous tree house, a rose garden, and an ornamental walled garden, is the village of Alnwick with its shop, pub and restaurant. Hogwarts School was filmed at the castle in the "Harry Potter" movies. Miles of golden sandy beaches, numerous castles, and boat trips to the famous Farne Islands are all available nearby Alnwick. Excellent base to explore Northumberland's Heritage Coastline.
