Guests say

3 Kings Field is a well-received cottage in Seahouses, praised for its cleanliness, comfort, and prime location close to the beach and town. Guests appreciate the well-equipped property, the secure garden for dogs, and the personal touches from the owners, including a welcome email and a thoughtful welcome pack. While there are some minor critiques on maintenance and heating, the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with many guests planning to return.

The property consistently receives high marks for cleanliness, with guests noting it as 'very clean' and 'well maintained'. There is a single mention of a desire for a deeper clean, but this does not detract significantly from the overall perception of a clean holiday home.

The location is highly praised for being quiet, close to the beach, and within walking distance to Seahouses centre. Guests appreciate the convenience for both relaxation and exploring the local area.

Comfort is frequently mentioned, with guests finding the property spacious and the beds comfortable. There is a minor issue with the temperature difference between floors, but overall, the property is regarded as cosy and welcoming.

Facilities are generally seen as adequate, with a well-equipped kitchen and secure garden. Some guests suggest improvements such as additional showers and heating solutions. Despite this, the property is still considered well-appointed.

The owners' thoughtfulness is evident through personal communication and welcome packs, which are highly appreciated by guests. While such gestures are warmly received, it is noted that these are subject to the owners' discretion and may not be guaranteed for every stay.

Everything was clean and tidy. The bed linen & towels hotel standard. Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of cutlery, plates etc. Little extra touches like a “soggy doggy” towel, welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and ‘bubbly’ are appreciated. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend the house to friends.
