Gudhjem is a well-received cottage in Seahouses, praised for its cleanliness, comfortable accommodation, and excellent location close to local amenities. Guests appreciate the modern, light, and airy rooms, as well as the ample off-street parking. While some minor suggestions for improvement are noted, the property is highly recommended for families and groups, with many expressing a desire to return.
The property consistently receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews noting it as spotless and tidy. However, a few minor observations about unclean areas slightly affect the score.
The location is frequently highlighted as perfect, with easy access to Seahouses' town centre and seafront. Its proximity to local attractions and quiet residential setting contribute to a high score.
Comfort is well-regarded with guests finding the beds comfortable and the property spacious. Some concerns about heating and shower temperatures prevent a perfect score.
Facilities are generally good, but several reviews suggest a need for more kitchen equipment, better furniture, and improved maintenance. These recurring themes suggest room for enhancement.
