This would be a 10/10 however the property itself requires a new damp course as damp is present within the property. If you have a north west wind with heavy rain a few rooms will start leaking water. I can not fault the service the property owner gave in terms of quick solutions to limiting the water getting in and offering us some compensation for the leaks. If this gets fixed permanently by the owner then I would highly recommend this as a holiday cottage

It's fabulous for families and is just surrounded by amazing countryside! So peaceful and beautiful! The games room was a hit! We felt the fridge needed to be bigger as we struggled to fit all our food in. The gardens back and front were great too although the fencing where the picnic bench was had holes in it. Would have felt more secure re our dogs if this had been fixed. Having said this it is a brilliant place to stay and would definitely come back again! Thanks
Sarah
The games room was a great addition which provided great evening entertainment with the children. Those in our party over 6ft did bang their heads repetitively on the beams and door frames in the house and the farm track up to the house was rough but they were small issues in what was otherwise a lovely place to stay.
