Guests say

Eastwood House is a well-received holiday rental with guests praising its cleanliness, spaciousness, and beautiful garden. The property's location is appreciated for its convenience and proximity to local attractions. Comfort is highlighted with mentions of cosy rooms and comfortable beds. While the facilities are generally well-regarded, some maintenance issues are noted. The property's thoughtfulness towards guests is not explicitly mentioned, so no score can be provided in that category.

The property is consistently described as very clean, with numerous guests highlighting its spotless condition. However, a few mentions of kitchen cleanliness and garden maintenance slightly affect the score.

The location is praised for its convenience, stunning views, and proximity to local amenities and attractions. Some guests found the weather and windiness due to coastal proximity a bit surprising, which slightly impacts the score.

Guests frequently mention the comfortable beds and spacious rooms, contributing to a high comfort level. A few reports of a hard mattress and a bedroom with a single bed instead of a twin slightly lower the score.

Facilities are generally well-received, with a well-equipped kitchen and secure garden. However, maintenance issues such as leaks in the conservatory, broken door handles, and some kitchen items needing replacement affect the score.

There is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches for guests in the reviews, so it is not possible to provide a score for thoughtfulness.

We loved the location and beautiful views; and the house had everything we needed. Our large dog loved the garden for early morning and evening playtime - and she adored the view of the cows!. The house location was great, being close enough to all the touristy places, but lovely and restful to return to after a long day out. Thank you so much, we will definitely visit again.

Unfortunately, it’s not quite as good as it was back then, which was a little disappointing. It is a little tired now, windows that won’t open, dripping taps, kitchen a little disorganised and lacking. If I had nothing to compare it with, maybe it wouldn’t have been so noticeable!

Very well kept and very clean. Comfy beds. Garden beautiful. Everything we needed was provided for a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. The coastal road to the house is amazing and lots of places to visit nearby.
