Guests have found Larimar to be a cosy, clean, and well-equipped cottage in Kirkby Stephen, offering a great base for exploring the area. Its proximity to local amenities and parking availability are appreciated, though some guests noted issues with cigarette odour and mattress comfort.
Most guests reported the property to be very clean, with a few noting minor issues such as dust, cobwebs, and a blocked drain. The main areas were praised for their cleanliness.
The location is highly regarded for its convenience to shops, eateries, and local walks. The presence of a nearby auction mart was noted but not seen as a significant disturbance.
The property is generally found to be comfortable, with cosy sofas and comfy beds. However, there were complaints about a cigarette smell and a poor-quality mattress in the main bedroom.
Facilities are well-received, with a fully equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. Some guests encountered hidden power points and issues with parking space size, but overall the amenities were satisfactory.
